台灣烏龍茶在世界茶香中享有盛名，其製作工序細膩繁複，風味多變迷人。不同季節採收的烏龍茶，呈現出不同的風味。冬茶和春茶是赤科烏龍全年品質最佳的兩個時期。每年10月至11月下旬採收的冬茶，香氣細膩，回甘醇厚，帶有特殊的花果香氣；而每年3月至5月上旬採收的春茶，因春季溫度適中、雨量充沛，茶湯更濃郁。

包裝上，細膩的浮凸的烏龍茶葉細節加上燙金點綴，將赤科烏龍的高品質與品味精緻呈現。
